Here's what we do...

• Manage the Community Centre, which involves:
  • Maintenance of building, gardens and equipment
  • Calendar Bookings
  • Invoicing Bookings
  • Keeping up to date with legislation
  • Keeping the accounts
• Run the Village News, which involves:
  • Gathering and sorting copy, via post and email
  • Editing
  • Managing the Advertising and revenue
  • Managing the Distribution
  • Hold a “ Wine and Mince Pies” celebration at Christmas for Distributors
• Manage the Affiliated Societies, which involves:
  • Dealing with applications for affiliation
  • Communicating with all affiliated societies
  • Manage the revenue
• Run the Village Fete, which involves:
  • Manage the publicity
  • Co-ordinating all the participants
  • Organising the field for the day
  • Acting roles on the day
  • Erecting the marquees
  • Managing the revenue
• Meet once a month to handle any issues or queries
  • Support and discussion for all members
  • Keeping accurate Minutes
  • Hold an Annual General Meeting each year
