Q: Is the hall available for my Event or has it been already Booked?
A: The calendar is visible here: hagley.uk you can see if your chosen date is free.
Q: Can I look around The Centre to see if it's suitable for me?
A: The Community Centre is an unmanned facility so there is no one to show you around.  We advise prospective hirers to view the calendar and then to go to The Centre at the start or end  of when it's occupied and ask the hirer if you can look inside. Most hirers are happy to oblige, some do not.
Q: Is there a kitchen at the Centre I can use?
A: There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, hot water boiler, glasses and plates, there is cutlery in the kitchen but no towles or tea towles.  You may need to provide additional glasses crockery and cutlery depending on the size of your event.
Q: Is there a sound system at The Centre?
A: No, there is no sound system, there is a stage as well as a pull-down projector screen.
Q: Are there any electrical sockets in the hall?
A: There are two sockets in the hall, one double on the north wall (opposite the door) and one double on the west wall.
Q: What can I do about all the cars already parked in The Centre car park?
A: Lock the car park barrier the key is on the back of the kitchen door.  Please put the key back straight away.
Q: Someone is already in The Hall! Or, there's an issue with The Centre

Q: Can I let off fireworks during my Event?
A: Please DO NOT let off fireworks at or near The Centre.
